I used easy transfer cable by Belkin - moved .pst from Vista to Win 7 - both using Outlook 2007 with BCM. Though Contacts folder transfered for both Outlook and BCM, neither address book was populated. Went thru steps you suggested - did not seem to refer to 2007 version. Neither Microsoft nor Belkin provide a workable solution. Belkin denies that problem is realted to their product - but I have seen others with similar complaint - so far none of recommended fixes has worked for me.

<div
