How Can I See My Vista Computer From My Xp Computer With A Home Network?

Q. I have a Vista and XP computer on a network sharing an internet connection. I can open files the files i share on my XP computer on my Vista computer. Isn’t there anyway i can do the opposite?
And is it possible i can play a game with the computer on the network or send a message or anything like that?

    Just run the network setup wizard from the netwrok and sharing center. This will take you thru the steps of switching on file and printer sharing etc and you can then right click any folder and select Sharing.
    Make sure the workgroup name is the same on both PCs.
