Look at your updates when updating your anti-virus software and the details of the download. Trojans will come into anti-virus software if you allow them. A run of your anti-spy would also help in detection of any other bad items. After a bad computer experience is fixed I recommend a disk defragmenter run. I used Defender Pro for the anti-virus and anti-spy protection and it was good at identifying the items as to what they were.
