I have 2 of these on my PC and it&#039;s quite a long wait before they spin down, but then the shortened life of the drives if they didn&#039;t is NOT to my mind worth the second or two it takes to spin up again, so I&#039;d say live with it, or save your documents on an internat drive and back them up to the WD Mybook</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div
