How Do I Know That The Ati Radeon 2400 Pro Video Card Is Actually Working On My New Desktop?

Q. If the red ATI icon at the bottom is there, does that mean that the video card is up and running?

    You could check your display driver in devices. It will tell you there

    If your monitor is plugged into the video card and you have a picture, then the card is working.

    Can you see something? Just kidding. Go control panel and select the video adapter and its property sheet.
