That’s impossible, son. visit ati and download the latest drivers.
If you do the manual update CCC is not installed.
Personally I never install CCC. I always use the default settings anyways.
Use ATI tools instead

It should be at the update site. I know you said that you couldn’t find it, but just download the Radeon HD 3600 series driver. For instance, with Windows XP: http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_cataly…

However, take note that these are 32-bit. If you have a 64-bit, download the 64-bit versions.
