if you have hub,utp cable rj45 thats easy. and if you don’t have hub try using point to point form of connection put rj45 on but ends of your utp cable then make sure it have same color combination on the both ends and if not you will have problem if its not same colorcombination to both ends. after you put rj45 on both ends try connect it from your pc to another pc thats called point to point connection.
Pick up a wireless internet router(etc) They are easy to set up and the sales person can tell you what you need.
That way you don’t have to run any wires.
