How to backup my emails from yahoo mail?

Q. I would like to backup all emails (sent and received) from my yahoo mail. I would prefer to back it up (without deleting the original emails) to Mozilla Thunderbird.Thanks.

how do I fix a 500 internal server error when I try to go to Yahoo?
If My Computer Is Down Will The People Sending Me Emails Be So Notified When Sending Me Emails?
What type of backup should I use after a full backup (incremental or differential) ?

You might try the webmail add-on/plugin/extenstion for Thunderbird to see if it fits your needs.
