How to set up adsl on my computer?

Q. I gave my laptop to format it. After format the LAN driver was written on it, but I dont have a shortcut of adsl connection neither on dektop neither among connections. Now what should I do to set it up on my laptop?

How to make my ADSL connection and Wireless connection to work at the same time??
what is the best way to use two diff ADSL connections on two diff copper phone lines on single computer?
Can you connect to a remote database using a ADSL connection?

Contact your ISP. He will help you get connected.

Which version of Windows do you have? (You have to create a new internet connection, and XP and Vista do it differently. If you poke around you may figure out how to do it.)
