How to stop Vista backup from backing up program files?

Q. Vista backup utility says it will never backup program files, yet mine keeps backing them up. Someone posted this problem earlier, but the posted resolution (a link to MS help page) did not give me a fix. How do I stop Backup from trying to backup my program files?

There is a simple solution to your Vista/Windows problem. It is not cheap and you would need two-thousand dollars in your bank account(to spend).

The only answer to your question is to…BUY A MAC!!!
