You get so much more than just the joy of playing the game. You get to instill in your kids the joy of being with family. It’s easy to get too busy and forget about making time for family.

Set up a game night once a week. You don’t have to play monopoly each week, but you can still use the trophy to award the family member who has won the game of the evening or who has the most wins in an evening.

If you have children who may be upset with not getting the trophy, have runner up prizes like their favorite treats or dollar store trinkets they would like. Make it all work for you and yours.

It’s a great idea too because I know our family doesn’t go out and do things like they use to that cost money. Game nights are great.
