Is it ok to switch on and off Dlink adsl wireless modem?

Q. I have a Dlink wireless adsl modem, and each time I use it I have to swtich on and then switch off after using, so is it ok or it affects the modem? or its ok to keep it on evrytime,pls advise.

    There’s nothing wrong with doing this.

    Your modem has an on/off switch for just this reason. If anything, you’re saving energy and saving resources.

    Leave it on and forget about it. It’s generally best to avoid power cycling electronic equipment.
