How does the new ATI Radeon HD 5770 compare to the old NVIDIA 9800gt?

Q. I know ATI’s card is the leader in terms of DX11 support. But what about general graphics capabilities other than DX11 support?

It beats it by a decent margin. The Radeon HD 5770′s performance is just below the level of the HD 4870.

Well the ati radeon hd 5770 also supports eyefinity which is used for multiple monitors on games and work, other than dx11 support there isn’t very much new.
