What is the best and most user-friendly backup software that will do incremental backups?

Q. I need a user-friendly backup application that will allow me to do incremental backups and complete backups. I would like the files compressed to zip and stored on an external hard drive and simultaneously burned to a DVD.

Any recommendations?
