What is the most current ATI Mobility Radeon version that is compatible with Windows XP Media Center Edition?

Q. I think I need to get an updated driver for this game I want to play. I currently have ATI Mobility Radeon x1300 installed on my computer. And also, do I have to uninstall one driver so I can install a more current version of that driver?

You can try Driver Robot; it will scan your system and locate the exact drivers you need to update automatically. http://www.best-driver-updater.com/

The x1300 is rather out-dated and underpowered by today’s graphic card standard. The game you want to play may simply need more graphic power than that chip can provide, or a hardware feature that simply doesn’t exist.

You can use the regular XP drivers for that hardware. In general, however, new drivers can’t add functionality that didn’t already exist in the graphics card.
