How do I create an automatic backup for the temporary internet files. My child getting too smart and deletes?

Q. Child know how to delete temporary files, need to know how to create an backup file that I can view at my convenience.

    Temporary Internet Files are used by the browser to load web sites faster. Actually, for security reasons, it is better to set the browser options to automatically delete the temporary files when it is shut down. If you have a broadband connection, you will notice little difference in the time it takes for a web page to load.

    I see no good reason for saving temporary internet files.
