How to enabling port forwarding using Adsl modem with built-in router?

Q. My Adsl modem is Thomson ST546 and my router is MSI RG60SE v1.0.

If the router supports UPnP, just enable UPnP in the router. If it doesn’t, the process is fairly complicated and you can follow any of the many online explanations, such as my link below.
