How to restore the backup data in iphone?

Q. I had updated 2.2.1, done a backup,done jailbreak and while restoring the data i had disconnected the iphone from itunes because i was leaving for a meeting. Please help to restore the backup again.

Connect it again and restart the restore from within iTunes.

If you are using a jailbreak iPhone then you can use other third-party management tools that would be better than iTunes.
