Is there a way to recording simultaneously from different channels? Example: 8:00 pm prime-time from FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS etc at the same time?
Anyone
need
a pc
check out my channel.
I have been doing the same thing for many years. It is very easy to do. Right now, my son has an old 1.8 GhZ Celeron running on WinXP. He uses it regularly as a PVR/DVR and it does an excellent job. Not only that, he can use the computer for other tasks at the same time.
I found it a little strange that you never actually showed a television program playing. Home come? Aside from that excellent video. 5/5
this is the most un-true statement i’ve ever heard ever.
a computer is out of date a soon as you buy it so ther all old

I have to disagree at the rate hardware is evolving hardware that us close to 2 years of age is old.
Boxes that run can only run windows 98 are considered ancient.
A few weeks ago I couldn’t believe my luck that I inherited a Gateway GT4010 PC with 2 GB of RAM, a 200 GB hard drive and a AMD 64-bit and Nvidia GeForce 6100 graphics card. Had a bad OS so I got it free. I installed windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit version and upgraded to 4 GB RAM, much as it can hold. And this guy has pretty much the same PC and is calling it an “old” computer, only suited to us 3/5th human peasants.
theres Orb too
If the computer works and you dothis can you still do normall stuff
where did you get the card from?
some people see something that isn’t top of the line as old… everyone has their different views
That’s not old computer.. an old computer runs win 98…. and that software doesnt run on old computer… you are running the hungry vista.
At 5:04 you can see it’s a 2.6 gHz PC… that’s not an old computer… maybe 1.5 or less could be old
wow nice but i really wont a pci who can stream or transmit on rf on a local cable network as a modulator of rf or something like that be nice
dude you go the same computer as me ;D is it from 3b tech
When Ever I Get To The Part Where The TV Tuner Is Installed And I Do The Channel Test It Does The Fuzz On One Then When Its About To Give Me Picture For Channel 2 It Gives Me A Blue screen With The Name Of The TV Tuners Drivers In The Problem, It’s Basically Telling Me I Need Windows Media Center Edition Of XP.Should I Install It? Or Is There A Solution To My Problem For XP Professional?
well there is a few problems first unless you have a nice graphics card such as “top of the line HD graphics card which run $50-$700( reliable ) then the quality of the video will such so using an old computer needs to be removed and to be able to use a remote then your going to need more software and or if your computers old or new you will need more hard ware the remote hardware is expensive and the software can be expensive and the free versions arent all that great. so pros n cons put out
It should, however, there could be some added difficulty going through a set top box as far as channel changing…but it should work.
it is possible to make xp look like vista
it was an example
