This is how: Go to start then go to All programs then go to the thing under control pannel then Delete everyfile except your internet then download mozilla fire fox then come back and delete Internet explorer.
The Dell folks told me to start using Window Washer…so now I do! Helps pretty much! Cleans up cookies and junk.
