How Do I Get Bluetooth on my Acer Aspire 1640?

I have it on the laptop but I can’t seem to connect it. I read a previous question and said uyou have to open the laptop on the Acer Website, but I Couldn’t find any. I also don’t have any USB Cable. I also have Infrared but don’t know how to get it.
