How do you design a Powerpoint with a master slide and different internal backgrounds?

Q. I want to break up the monotony of just repeating the same design on each slide. I also can’t afford to buy any online templates. Is there anywhere to download nice ones free (mac) or design them myself quickly?

    There’s no difference between Mac and PC PowerPoint templates, unless they contain VBA or Active-X. 99% of the templates out there are cross-platform. Check the link for lots more suggestions.
