I’ve been looking at Seagate or Lacie. Can anyone give me the pros & cons of these two, or suggest any superior brands?

lacie sucks and they use cheap cases that malfunction
seagate is crap now, so forget about them
if you want a portable harddrive, may i suggest the pocketbook(i think) i have 3 of them
if you need desktop storage that’s external, then get the mybook
series of drives
-western digital passport
-maxtor one touch
-any brand of laptop harddrive you like + external hardisk case
