How easy is it to change songs on an iTouch without having to look at the screen?

It’s very easy, from any screen (even the locked screen) you can press the home button twice, and a small box will pop up and you can pause, change the volume, or go to music. It’s really useful, because you don’t have to unlock your iPod to do it.
