What is better for playing consoles on LCD or Plasma?

What is better for playing consoles on LCD or Plasma i have heard that some get screen burn and all other kinds of stuff i want a good HD 1080p tv that i can watch blu-ray movies on and play Xbox 360 and PS3 `and not affect the tv in any way. Please Help

    If you want to be safe, go with LCD. If you want balls out performance with some risk of burn in, go with plasma.

    Plasma leaves some trails behind…

    So I’d recommend LCD That’s what I use

    LCD………Plasma might burn in and lcd have a way longer life span

    LCD is SAFER….you won’t burn an image into them…..

    BUT if you’re REAL CAREFUL and avoid games with NON -Moving ICONs on them, you can use a Plasma….just avoid PAUSING the game or letting scoreboxes stay turned on all the time….and rotate your weaponry so they don’t burn it…..

    Can’t use your favorite weapon all the time….

    NOW you know why people buy LCD for gaming……
