Can i install a NVIDIA or ATI in compaq presario c700? i want to play cry sis on it for now i have Intel x3100 and i have Intel Duo Core 1.86 each i have 1 year warranty! for this pc so its been already 4? do you think i should return it? or just change a video card? and how can I?

Sorry but what you want is so easy to do on a desktop PC but almost impossible on most laptops. There are no retail internal graphics cards for laptops because most have no expansion option/space for graphics. A few that has expansion option can only use proprietary graphics card from laptop maker.
Intel integrated graphics are horrible for Crysis. Even the newer X4500 HD performs miserably in most current games.

If you want a laptop for gaming, the GPU (graphics processor) should be your primary concern during a buying decision. Integrated graphics should NOT be on the list.
