How can I fix my Acer Computers Volume?

My computers volume is acting very weird. When I turn the volume up, the sound is still very soft and not clear. When I’m watching a video on youtube the music goes over the voice and there is a loud crackly sound. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?
