How do I attach a Microsoft Outlook email to a file?

Graham W asks,
I know how to attach a file to a Microsoft Outlook email but I want to put a Microsoft email into a file.
In which directory are Microsoft e-mails kept so I can copy them and put that copy in a different directory?

    Hello,

    Open the email you would like to save.

    File -> Save As -> choose the location and type of file you would like to save it as

    You’re done!
