The best way is with Malwarebytes. Go to http://www.malwarebytes.org or download.com and get this free software. It works better than any of the others…/

To get rid of present spy-ware and prevent any future harmful files from getting on your computer, I’d recommend Window’s Live One Care. You do have to pay for it but you can use it on up to 5 computers and it is REALLY user friendly. Soon as it detects a potentially harmful file, it tells me and gives me options about what to do with it. Also, if you’re about to go to a website that’s got bad files on it, it pauses before it actually gets there and lets you know that the site is bad. Just a great protection program all around.

it can be malware. or a virus.

Use the following free programs, download, install, update , and scan .
