How long does it take Microsoft to fix an Xbox once they receive it?

I sent my Xbox to Microsoft and it says they have received it. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes them to just fix it??

It depends on how busy they are. Our system was gone for about two and a half weeks. We didn’t miss it to much. They also give you a choice if you want them to send you back your original model or if they can just send you one that is refurbished. You pay a couple dollars for yours but sometimes it worth it. It took about two months for me to get my xbox back but it really depends on how many they have at the time and if they’re going to try and solve your problem. Good Luck!!!
