Q. Problems are experienced when printing emails from outlook express. Certain emails will print fine, including the messge header(To:xxx@yyy.com, From:xxx@yyy.com, etc), while other emails do not print the header. All messages will print the message content.

A. IE7 has caused similar issues in Outlook and currently uninstalling IE7 is one of the available 'Fixes'.

The other fix found is changing the Page Setup in IE. When printing an email go to page setup and set the top and bottom margins to zero (if zero fails try 7.5 mm) accept the changes and then print the email, the header should appear correctly.
